Elyse is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and over a decade of experience working with athletes across grassroots, development, and high-performance pathways. She has a strong foundation in athlete development, having worked extensively in sub-elite gymnastics, basketball, and netball.

Elyse also brings 3 years of experience as an Accredited Exercise Scientist, where she worked closely with individuals managing chronic musculoskeletal pain, surgical rehabilitation, disability, osteoporosis, and performance-based goals.

She currently serves as the Head of Strength and Conditioning for the women’s program at Knox Gymnastics Club and has led the basketball and netball performance programs at Rowville Sports Academy for the past three years. As an advanced artistic gymnastics coach, Elyse has mentored and developed gymnasts at a competitive level for over 10 years.

Elyse’s clinical and professional interests include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management, performance enhancement, and exercise prescription for osteoporosis and osteopenia. She takes a values-based, client-centered approach, delivering personalized programs that build long-term resilience, enhance movement quality, and support recovery and high performance.

By combining evidence-based practice with extensive experience in both clinical and athletic settings, Elyse empowers clients of all backgrounds to move better, feel stronger, and achieve their health and performance goals.

Outside of her professional work, Elyse enjoys training in the gym, running, and surfing.
