Rise Health Group run both semi-private and small group reformer classes. These are run by a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist who are trained in pilates.

We have two pilates pathways that you can follow

Reformer/Mat Small Group (8:1) 50 mins

  • Group exercise class suitable to all levels of fitness
  • Complete pilates beginners or clients with injuries affecting their exercise capacity are recommended to be assessed by a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist at Rise to determine if small group classes are appropriate

Reformer Semi Private (5:1) 50 mins

  • Individualized program tailored to your specific injury rehabilitation needs OR for general strength & conditioning
  • Requires a pilates assessment to be conducted by a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist at Rise Health
  • A program will be written based on this assessment and will be re-evaluated on a 4-6 weekly basis (or at your practitioners discretion)
