Tayla holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and qualified Reformer Pilates instructor. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, helping clients improve their strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing through tailored, evidence-based programs.

With a passion for empowering people to move better and feel their best, Tayla enjoys integrating Pilates principles into rehabilitation and functional training. Outside of work, Tayla loves staying active with Pilates, exploring new places while travelling, and competes in volleyball at a state league level.
