Maree is the ‘fresh-faced’ physio on the clinic side of her profession.
Having recently joined Rise, she is loving the ability to help people get back to work, sport, and hobbies. Prior to being at Rise, Maree has had a range of experience, from working in post-surgical rehabilitation for 2 years, to treating the elderly in an aged-care facility. So, whether it be post-op or general injury rehab, Maree is a great believer in promoting regular, suitable exercise as a form of pain management for all, empowering patients to manage their own injury and find forms of movement that they enjoy!
Maree is also the head physio for the Scoresby Football Club, keeping her involved in her love for footy. Outside of her practices, Maree has been involved in the netball scene most of her life, having coached and competed for the Livingstone Netball Club. In her spare time, Maree loves practising yoga and is currently working on her headstand, aspiring to teach clinical yoga in the future.
