Liv graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from ACU in 2025 and is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and perform at their best. Whether it’s returning to sport, building confidence, or staying active day-to-day, Liv is dedicated to helping individuals get the most they possibly can out of their bodies.
Committed to evidence-based care, Liv prioritises educating individuals and takes a personalised, goal-driven approach, combining hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation. She has a strong interest in chronic pain, injury rehabilitation, sporting and running-related injuries, and focuses on not just reducing pain, but building long-term resilience and performance. Coming from a background in dance and competitive sports, particularly tennis and athletics, Liv is no stranger to injuries herself, something that helps her truly connect with her patients, understanding the rehab process and what it takes to get back performing at your best.
Liv has developed her skills across both clinical and high-performance sporting environments, working with athletes at local and interstate levels. She is currently involved with the South Belgrave Football Netball Club as the Physiotherapist for the Women’s football team, where she was previously was involved as a Sports Trainer. These experiences have shaped her practical approach to injury management and safe return-to-play decisions, with Liv being particularly interested in youth/adolescent development.
Outside the clinic, Liv is usually in the gym, out on a run, training for tri’s or walking her dog Bear. She loves being outdoors, whether that’s hiking, at the beach, or camping trips, and has recently taken on the challenge of HYROX, competing in events across Melbourne and Brisbane. She thrives on a challenge and brings that same energy into her sessions, creating an energetic, positive and motivating environment, where you will feel confident and supported along your rehabilitation journey.
