This partnership allows us to provide specialized training and support for athletes in a variety of sports disciplines. A unique point of difference for Rise Health Group is our comprehensive exercise-based services which include exercise programs for post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention, pain management, athletic development and performance enhancement. We run Clinical Pilates & FSC Exercise Classes from our Rowville location.
Our Rowville location is also home to our Vald Forcedecks, Nordbord, Dynamo, and Smartspeed timing gates which we use to assess and track our rehabilitation and performance progress. The dynamo is a handheld dynamometer which we can use to accurately measure isolated musscle strength and joint range of motion. The Nordbord is used to measure hamstring strength in a variety of ways to assist us in hamstring injury prevention and rehabilitation. While the forcedecks is a dual forceplate system, designed to measure force and power of a variety of tasks, to help us in guiding both the early stages of rehabilitation, the transition back to running and jumping and return to play. We can also use this to measure and track performance gains in our athletes. Our Smartspeed timing gates allow us to accurately test and measure a variety of athletic tasks, including sprint and a variety of agility tests, accurately measured to a thousandth of a second.
